There is no contact form because every job needs a real shop file, a postcode and a conversation about trading hours. New enquiries start by email. Existing clients can telephone using the number on their quote or report paperwork.

Booking checklist

- Postcode and any delivery-yard access notes.
- Rough SKU count or number of shelf bays to audit.
- Preferred date and any opening-hours limits.
- Till export type, supplier list or last stock file format.
- Any locked areas, high-value lines or back-room stock that usually gets missed.
Availability
Lead Times And Surcharges
Shelf audits usually need 7 working days. Full stocktakes usually need 12 working days. Rush work inside 72 hours is only taken when a crew is free and carries a £90 + VAT surcharge.
Early start before 06:00 or late finish after 20:00 is £45 + VAT per crew hour. Minimum booking is 3 crew hours on site.
Payment
Deposit And Balance
First booking requires a 25% deposit. The balance is due 7 days after report delivery. Stocktake reports are normally delivered as CSV and PDF by 10:00 the next working day.
